Michael focuses his practice on providing legal services to small businesses and individuals who need help resolving their tax and business-related matters.

After attending USC for his undergraduate studies, Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While there, he worked at Chapman’s Tax Law Clinic for low income taxpayers where he represented members of the local community before the IRS and advocated for the resolution of their tax matters.

Experience has taught Michael that there is a great need for proactive legal services that help clients obtain the legal guidance they need from the outset, rather than after they are already in a bind.

For these reasons, Michael has developed a practice focused on providing proactive legal services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses, that allows them to avoid costly legal pitfalls and focus on achieving their business goals.
